January "blahs" has hit kotitalouteensa. New year's resolutions may be long gone, this is the 7 ways to prevent your family this winter in hibernation, from a political point of view.

Community Centers: Resorts is one of the best resources to keep kids active during the cold months. Sign your little ones, they are interested in the sport or activity. Swimming, skating, and other Indoor activities are perfect opportunities to keep fit.a brave elements: Depending on where you live is not always a bad thing to maintenance. If you live in a Snowy climates, enjoy a snow fort, snow shoeing or good old winter trek. If you are near the top of the hill-tobogganing is great and if you have fields/cross-country skiing trails near-enter the shot.
Wii Tournament: Is a fun, active games night if the gaming system fits (wii, kinect), etc. Wii Boxing burn many calories, and a decent amount of strong games rock band is never a bad thing.
Dance Party:Crank the music and get your kids to show their stuff! If they are too young to know, how they should be embarrassed to show them your stuff for you, too, MOM and dad!
«obstacle course: Use the furniture, toys, broom handles and to get your kids to crawl, and climb the stepping up of obstacles, which can all be set up.
"Commercial challenge": I know most people "pvr" today, but the Pause displays the 10 minutes or so, and Set up a physical challenge with your kids push up contest, such as the jumping jacks or game to Flip the bear (father or mother, all fours kids try and knock over the floor) to 100.
Trip to the Mall: For brisk walk the mall is a good way to pass time after school or on a weekend in the cold months. Extra fast food court, a walk in the past even though!

The key is for parents to take the initiative here, and to make these activities with the children as much as possible. The family affair will help the whole family, as well as provide more Fit for bonding. Setting screen time limits will help open doors to opportunities for action.
