European researchers have found that now more than half of the adults in the European Union (EU) is overweight or obese. Paris-based organisation for economic cooperation and development (OECD) and the European Commission will warn you that the constant increase in the number of obesity health-care costs skyrocket.
In order to make matters worse, the researchers found that children are overweight, applied for or obese; Adult mortality rates of obesity in the future to be considered as assigned revenue relating to medical conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and stroke risk.

THE WHO recommends a higher intake of saturated fat, sugar and, on a regular basis, fruit, vegetables, whole grains and nuts, lower intake of to prevent obesity. The exercise is to be included in at least 30 minutes in the "moderate-intensity" activity in most days.
