School bans packed lunches and snacks

SCHOOLFOOD.jpgThe school lunch, most of us remember the tater tots, chocolate milk, thawed Pizza squares and wet beans. The fuel is not exactly in the minds of young people.

But in recent years, many schools have made the Government improve | cafeteria food; Although the Government has tried to encourage better nutrition in schools.

The easiest way around a nasty school food products must be packed in your lunch. But one of the Chicago school cafeteria food says, is better than on the basis of a comparison of packed lunches, car rental, Tour Desk, and the banning of packed lunches brought from home.

The small village of Chicago Public School Academy, the Western side, does not allow the students to be packaged packed lunches from home, unless they have a medical excuse, such as allergies. Children must eat, food served in the Café.

"Nutrition wise, it is better to eat at school children. Is the nutrition and quality of food, that they may serve, "explained Elsa Carmona explains the principle. "It is a function of the milk Coke. But allergies and medical problems, of course, we make an exception. "

But in a small village, the idea is not exactly in the works. The recent observation showed dozens of students throwing Syömättä garbage. And because of the Chicago public schools, improved food quality, | cafeteria the school lunch has been selling what. Children appeal to the taste.

And some family members of students ' concerns about the children is hungry, particularly "picky eaters." This may be, but the term "picky eater" actually means red child's lazy parenting-override so that the excuse.

Others worry that forcing children to eat school lunch is a ploy, as part of the profit funnel more school district. This is probably the correct one.

But overall, the small village of initiative is clearly wrong, even if their food is healthy, they will not be able to do this. They have the power to take away from the parent (not right) to make decisions that they feel are best for their son. If the child is obese and morbidly on his lunch bag filled with only the Ring Dings, Fritos and Coca-Cola, schools may not be ready to intervene, period.
