I hate stress. And I am in the case of mental health, so I do not handle very well. Junk food, yell at people and watching planes, Trains and Automobiles, much of the loop.
Stress can wreak mellakoida body. Chronic stress the common symptoms are headache, insomnia, depression, high blood pressure, irritated, and I have always thought of you, the risk of weight gain was.
But a new study says, stress is only a minor impact on weight gain.
