Whether you are trying to lose weight or just trying to maintain a healthy diet, the holidays can be challenging to the best of us.
In fact, diet and Fitness related sites see 1999-2000, a decrease of traffic this year than some people take "out of sight out of mind" philosophy with respect to diet and exercise.
My biggest challenge is to maintain the fitness centre during the holiday season than routine, and social events will make it more difficult to win a free trip to the gym time. Perhaps taking a month is not so bad?, as long as I can get back on the wagon for the first year.
