Although many people move right back to the heart of the fast food, says a new study of the attack, eating at least once a week.

And while in hospital, more than 30% of the participants in the study of the eating fast food reported once or more each week for their heart during the previous month.

Fast food contains high levels of fat and sodium. Mayo Clinic recommends saturated fat and salt, limiting the responsibility to reduce cardiovascular disease.

Published in the American Journal of Cardiology, researchers surveyed 2,500 heart patients and found 36% (884 research) admitted to eating fast food, often before their heart month. The researchers defined "often" once a week or more.

After six months of monitoring, researchers discovered, 503 people went back to eating fast food every week; younger patients, less-skilled persons, men and were most likely to return to the fast food practices. But the fast food consumption declined in General, the heart of the main, especially for older patients, and the people who had bypass surgery.

And the training of the heart patients did not have a profound affect on their food choices. People who have received the nutrition on the patients sleep-9 10-ate fast food more often. The researchers are calling for better before patients leave the hospital.

The American Heart Association has tips for fast food "was easier to use," such as avoid double meat and Bacon, grilled chicken sandwiches, eating, asking the wheat buns, and drinking water, food, soda, or low fat milk.
