Two high-profile Republicans Mike Huckabee (the most likely candidates for the presidential election in 2012) and Chris Christie (New Jersey) has supported Michelle Obama's obesity campaign-keep up to date with the latest investment is in the majority of the parties.
Both Huckabee and Christie have had their own weight struggles-once Huckabee weighed 300 lbs; Christie has described himself as "portly".
Much of the criticism of the Obama campaign, Michelle has been in the form of Government, who believe it is not the role of the Government to intervene in the private lives of persons. Radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh complained that:
He is demanding that all basically eat the cardboard and tofu, not calories, fat, does not, you only have to stop obesity.
Christie has done, that he is not interested in dictating what people can and cannot eat, but that he does not believe it is, what do you do Michelle Obama to serve on the Board of Directors:
I do not want to decide what to do and what not to eat of the Government. I believe that the people there welcomed Mrs. Obama off to eat well and be healthy and that the problem does not exist.
The growing obesity crisis is still considered a matter for the national problem rather than individuals. Huckabee has stated that 75% of the American military service do not fit to be paid to reduce the number of overweight or obese, saying:
This is no longer the only health issue, an economic question. National security problem ever.
What do you think? Obesity in persons and of their responsibility? Should Nations High obesity rates (for example, in the United States and the United Kingdom) in such a way as to encourage Governments to do more to promote healthy living?
